Proposal For White Paper

The Purpose of the Proposal for the White Paper is to request permission to write a white paper.  The purpose of the white paper was to introduce the Units Plus.  It is a useful app that can help with converting units for engineering students.  The benefits of the app are beneficial to engineerings because it provide them with accurate calculations without the possibility of making a mistake.  My goal for this proposal was to introduce the app and explain the benefits of using it.  This can be very useful in the work place because it reduces errors and increases accuracy and precision for engineering students homework.
